I wrote lyrics in portuguese, please check my grammar...

Me and my friend wrote some lyrics in portuguese, but we don't know if the grammar is allright... we hoped to sing it, because we composed some simple tune. Can someone help and check grammar? This are the lyrics in portuguese "Vamos e danca, este samba é para você e mim. Vamos e danca, esqueça-se de tudo e diga sim. Vamos e danca, este samba é somente para você. Vamos e danca,não seja assustado para ser você. Eu amo cantar esta melodia, o mundo inteiro dança a samba". We wanted it to have this meanning: Come on and dance, this samba is for you and me. Come on and dance, forget about everything and say yes. Come on and dance, this samba is just for you. Come on and dance, don't be afraid to be yourself. I love to sing this melody. The whole world dances to samba." Please, help... :-)
